    1.      EMILY's  BARN -   Sleeps 12 + 3

We are pleased to announce that Emily's  Barn a detached stone built barn  is now available for hire - sleeping a total of 11 + 3 people, all dining together and seated together in the lounge.   The barn was originally three barns joined together, the middle one having a first floor hayloft.

The barn has glazed doors to  east and west elevations, including four wide cart openings all of which are now  glazed, creating a bright and sunny interior.

One point of interest is that the barn is heated from a ground source heat extraction unit, fed from two boreholes in the Croft.   The heat extracted is fed through underfloor pipes throughout the ground and first floor of the barn.   The hot water is also heated from the same system.
